The site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, an interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by Plastitec, which will then endeavor to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plastitec cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing plastitec.eu, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications mentioned in point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Plastitec shall also not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or missed opportunity) resulting from the use of plastitec.eu.

Only the potential acquisition of Plastitec and its rights would allow the transfer of such information to the purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of data conservation and modification towards the user of plastitec.eu.
